Refund & Return Policy

At Prijyo Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product is defective.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged by misuse
  
  Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days.

Replacement

If a product is damaged or incorrect, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability. Exchanges and Replacement products will be delivered with in 5-7 days.

Shipping

The product will be shipped with in 2-3 days and will be delivered with in 5-6 days

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
